Dorothy D. DeWitt is the former Director of the Division of Market Oversight at the CFTC—the first woman to hold that role. Dorothy oversaw the regulation of the approximately $400 trillion notional commodity derivative markets and led the licensing of Kalshi, the first federally registered prediction market in the United States. She is joined by a multidisciplinary team of former regulators, senior practitioners, and independent advisors with deep expertise across derivatives, digital assets, market surveillance, data governance, and financial crimes compliance.
