​​Ritu Dayal is a seasoned corporate finance executive with more than two decades' leadership driving financial strategy, operational transparency, and enterprise value across the global financial services sector. As a trusted advisor to executive boards and C-level leadership, she specializes in aligning complex financial structures with long-term corporate growth. Throughout her career, she has built a distinguished reputation for transforming financial systems, optimizing capital allocation, and spearheading high-impact corporate development initiatives that maximize profitability and stakeholder value. 

​Before joining Tölt, Ritu served as the Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis for R.J. O'Brien & Associates, navigating the firm through its high-profile acquisition by StoneX Group Inc. (a Fortune 50 company). In this capacity, she directed global financial planning across multiple geographies and diverse revenue streams, translating intricate operational data into actionable expansion strategies. Notably, she orchestrated the comprehensive financial due diligence and post-merger integration for the acquisition, securing seamless synergy realization while preserving capital. 

​Prior to her tenure with RJO and StoneX, Ritu held key financial leadership roles at prominent global institutions, including Gain Capital Group, MF Global, and Bank of America. Her executive track record includes managing multi-million-dollar budgets, structuring complex corporate credit portfolios, and executing debt covenant modifications to fortify liquidity. Ritu is dually credentialed as a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Illinois and a Chartered Accountant (CA) in India, combining elite analytical standards with a forward-looking financial vision.​
