The Role

We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy, and adaptable Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this part-time role (20 hours per week), you will join the administrative team, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly. Key Responsibilities
- Calendar & Schedule Management: Coordinate internal and external meetings, manage complex calendars, and ensure team members are prepared for upcoming appointments.
- Document Creation & Templating: Create, format, and maintain professional Microsoft Word templates for consulting reports, proposals, and internal documents.
- Design & Media Support: Utilize Canva and similar tools to create basic graphics, polish presentations, and format client-facing materials.
- Order & Inventory Tracking: Place, track, and manage orders for office supplies, client gifts, or software licenses, keeping accurate records of all purchases.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Use Microsoft Excel to update spreadsheets, track project metrics, and maintain accurate administrative records.
- Light HR Support: Assist with basic Human Resources tasks, such as scheduling interviews, organizing onboarding materials for new hires, and maintaining basic team directories.
- Ad-Hoc Support: Act as a flexible resource for the team, ready to pivot and tackle new administrative challenges or special projects as they arise.
Qualifications
- Geographic Requirement: Must be located within the United States and available to work during standard East Coast business hours.
- Experience: 1–5 years of administrative, office support, or similar experience (entry-level/junior candidates with strong internship experience will be considered).
- Technical Proficiency:
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word (specifically with styles, formatting, and templating) and Microsoft Excel.
- Hands-on experience with Canva or similar graphic design/presentation tools.
- Adaptability: A proven ability to remain flexible, stay calm under pressure, and quickly change direction as business needs dictate.

Key Responsibilities

- Background: Alumni of Big 4 consulting or similar environments are highly welcomed and strongly encouraged to apply.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required; MBA is a strong plus.
- Technical Skills: Exceptional analytical capabilities with advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling. Strong professional writing, deck building (PowerPoint), and document design skills.
